Fruit Infused Water Recipes

Mango, Raspberry, and Ginger WaterMango Raspberry Ginger Water

INGREDIENTS
1 mango peeled and cubed
1/2 pint raspberries
1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger peeled and thinly sliced
5 cups water
1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pitcher, place the ginger slices and muddle with the handle end of wooden spoon (press on the ginger slices to release the fragrant oils). Add the fruits. Add ice and fill container with water. Add additional fruit or herbs to garnish, if desired. Let sit to allow flavors to develop. Serve chilled.

Peach Infused Water

INGREDIENTS
3 cups purified water
2 peaches, cut into slices
5-6 fresh basil leaves
1/2 cucumber, cut into thin slices
1/2 lemon, cut into slices

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients into a pitcher and refrigerate overnight.
Serve ice cold.

Green Tea Mint & Pomegranate Water

INGREDIENTS
1 bag green tea
2 sprigs mint
20 pomegranate seeds, crushed
Water
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and let it set in fridge for 1 hour to soak in flavor. Remove tea bag and serve chilled.

Watermelon Jalapeno Water

INGREDIENTS
7 watermelon cubes, seedless
1/4-1/2 lemon, washed and sliced
1 jalapeno, washed and cut into 4 thin slices, membranes and seeds removed (wear kitchen gloves when cutting)
Water
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to soak in the flavor.
